Delete your account

You can ask us to permanently delete your Kilim account and all associated data at any time. This page sends a short request to our support team, who will process it and confirm by email.

Heads up: deletion is permanent. Once your request is processed we remove your profile, threads, patterns, routines, sessions, AI memory, and any other data tied to your account. We cannot recover it afterwards.

What gets deleted

  • Your Firebase authentication record (UID and email).
  • Your productivity data: Threads, Patterns, Routines, Sessions.
  • AI-generated summaries and your User Memory.
  • Notification tokens and device records.
  • Stripe customer / subscription references stored on our side.

Send a deletion request

Use the form below to email support@getkilim.com from the address registered to your account. Your default mail app will open with the message pre-filled — review and send it.

Send a message to support@getkilim.com from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll confirm once your data has been removed.
